Jacky Chen is the Head Coach and Founder of LeadingAI. Jacky is currently Master Cloud Solution Architect at Oracle Corporation. He has 30 years working experience in the IT industry. He has a Master degree in Executive Leadership. Jacky was a Professional Consultant in Sun Microsystems, a Fortune 500 company. He is a Life Coach certified by Professor Dr. BJ Fogg of Stanford University. Jacky was a seminar speaker in the North American Chinese Christian Education Conference (ABC Conference) from 2017-2021. He is also head coach of Uprising Youth Group of FamilyKeepers International. He coached two Highschool teams and they won the 1st place in WAICY (World Artificial Intelligence Competition for Youth) in 2019.

Jacky is passionate about Youth Leadership Development. He founded LeadingAI, which provides AI & Leadership training programs for students to cooperate and compete in Amazon’s AI Self-Driving Car Competition. Student won the Amazon DeepRacer Global Race in August 2021 and advanced to 2021 and 2022 Global Championship Finale.
